Sound familiar?
- "I export it to Excel."
- The bookkeeper sends the numbers mid-month.
- Only one person knows how the monthly report gets built.
- Two reports disagree and nobody's sure which is right.
- Most days you go by feel.
What I look at
- What you watch
- The numbers you look at every week, how they get to you, and how old they are when they do.
- How it's built
- How many tools and spreadsheets someone opens to put the report together, and how long it takes.
- Where it disagrees
- Which reports conflict, and which one everybody trusts.
- What you'd want live
- The one number that would change how you run things if you could see it today.
What you get
- A map of where every number lives today, and which one is the real one.
- A dashboard blueprint: the handful of numbers worth watching, where each comes from, and how it updates itself.
- A Monday summary plan: a short note in plain English on how last week went.
- Every finding tagged with what it does for you: saves time, brings in money, or makes the work better for customers.
I'd rather give you five numbers you trust every Monday than fifty you don't.
How it works
- Free 15-minute call (optional)
Tell me what's going on. If this review is the right one for you, I'll say so. If another one fits better, or none does, I'll tell you that too.
- Short form, 10 minutes
The numbers you watch, where they come from, and how long the reports take to build.
- The call, 45 minutes
You walk me through how the numbers get to you and what you do with them. Recorded with your OK.
- The written report
Plain English. Every finding ranked by effort and impact, and tagged with what it does for you: saves time, brings in money, or makes the work better for your customers.
- Review call, 30 minutes
We go through it together and decide what to do first. You can do it yourself from the report, or I'll quote the build at a fixed price.
Straight answers
This is a blueprint, not a build. If you want the dashboard built, I'll quote it at a fixed price.
It pairs well with the Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace review, because the data often already sits there.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. The fix is most often connecting what you already have.
Do you need access to our systems?
Not for the review. You show me how the reports get made, and I take it from there.
